This variant has also been identified in 2/66708 European chromosomes by the Exome Aggregation Consortium (ExAC, http: //exac.broadinstitute.org; dbSNP rs727505355). This variant is located in the 5' splice region. Computational tools do not suggest an impact to splicing. Howeve r, this information is not predictive enough to rule out pathogenicity. In summa ry, the clinical significance of the c.3245+3A>T variant is uncertain. -
