This sequence change replaces alanine, which is neutral and non-polar, with glycine, which is neutral and non-polar, at codon 19 of the RNASEH2C protein (p.Ala19Gly). This variant is present in population databases (rs773830258, gnomAD 0.04%). This variant has not been reported in the literature in individuals affected with RNASEH2C-related conditions.
